Unhappy with your Botanika Beauty purchase? No Problema!

We will accept product returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Send an e-mail to info@botanikabeauty.com to have your return processed. Ensure that you provide your full name and Order No. as reference.  

Once your returns is received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the product purchase price minus any shipping & handling fees, to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
